BOSSEdition

Together with HUGO BOSS, we have developed the Lunar Herbs “BOSSEdition”: two non-alcoholic grape-basis sparkling wines and an exclusive wine cuvée made from Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc.

The BOSS team was actively involved in the grape harvest and the blending process – resulting in creations that reflect craftsmanship, heritage, and modern perception of enjoyment.

Each vintage tells its own story, each creation carries its own identity – in fashion as in wine. For moments with character, shaped by origin, craftsmanship, and a new understanding of indulgence.

Lunar Herbs stands for sparkling, grape-basis, and herbal compositions made from organic grapes, herbs, and natural botanicals.

The cuvée of Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc combines the crisp minerality and freshness of regional Riesling grapes with the delicate aromas and fragrant elegance of Sauvignon Blanc.

OUR WINERY

Our winery is nestled peacefully in the olden steep slopes of Gundelsbach in the Remstal – not far from Stuttgart, yet surrounded by vineyards, orchards, pastures, and forests.

TERROIR

We produce wine using traditional methods, in harmony with nature, and with a clear goal: to create exceptional wines that reflect their terroir.

The keuper and sandstone soils, together with the orientation and slope of the individual plots, create the character of our wines. We have been working organically since the outset and biodynamically since 2016. In the cellar, we allow the wines to take their time: spontaneous fermentation in wood and steel, natural clarification, and only minimal sulfur addition.

This results in purist, terroir-based wines that clearly reflect the region, vineyard, and vintage.
